Just wanted some insight on this I've had two starters go 1 on a 32 hp Vanguard other on a 28hp. Now a 3rd Vanguard (28hp) has a clicking starter. The 32 and 28 have different part #'s but look the same. All motors well under 1000hr mark. Also starters are on back order from Briggs so I think there is a problem. Any opinions. Maybe a good starter rebuilder?
