This is what happens when you have employees that don't listen to instructions.

This happened their second week out last season.

I made him go back on Saturday, on his own time, and rebuild the wall.

The back yard needs to be mowed with the wb for the first few months and last month of the season when its wet. He was just lazy and thought he could use the zturn in the second week of April.

I've been mowing that yard for almost ten years but what do I know. I just the boss.

Thats why you are the boss & he is the employee.
My guys try and do things there way as well, and I let them know when they screw up.

I hired him to come in and manage my mowing fulltime. After a year of stupid stuff like this happening he got demoted to partime laboror and had a pay decrease.

in the first pic is the other ztr in the back round stuck to, it looks like that on has a strap hooked to it like it almost went through the wall also

Before they called me they tried pulling it out with the other zturn and it almost went over too. When I got there we used a comealong to winch them up to a tree.

Nothing on the mower was broken at all. These Deeres are pretty tough I guess.

I don't know. He's a good guy. I just learned that he can't handle any management responsibility. Maybe I'm too much of a softy.

yuup, been there done that. i have one guy that we just outed in a company meeting for not following instructions when told. the guy is uber reliable, does great work, all things you would want, except he thinks he somehow knows more than me and has ignored direct instructions and even thinks he can tell me what to do. i had enough for sure and we had this full company early season meeting . we all had turns to talk aobut what was going well, changes we could make, and who or what is bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! he thouight he would try to tell my dad (the boss) about how i do things like mow too slow! my dad then let me put him in his place in front of all. we will see what this does to his attitude over the next few months etc. anyways, sorry to highjack, i just know what you mean man and thanks for sharing the pics.
