My 1st potential big bid is a no go...

    Thanks to great input from this board (see my first post here), talking to a guy that cuts large lots, and waking up to smell the coffee by going to look at the airstrips, I'm not even going to offer a bid. Good grief; it is still what I call "pasture" now...would take a 15' bush hog and tractor to do it now and probably take 6 hours at least. Also, I don't see how they already have 2 bids for work when the airstrips are not even complete? :confused: How do these guys know what they are going to be dealing with? Anyway, thanks to everyone for the input, and I'm glad I didn't have to learn any lesson the hard way on this.
