    Why not a redmax trimmer.

Good question. I do not have a RedMax dealer here close by and I have a sthil dealer 10 minutes away. It was just one of those things when I dropped in to pick up a small item and walked out with a trimmer.

I bought the redmax new off of ebay with a little more planning before hand. I am very happy with the stihl trimmer though! Great machine.

Why would that be? Its a 2004 with 5,000 miles on it.

I got it about 3 months ago...

Thanks James... I don't tie the mower down when im going from house to house in a neighborhood. Moving from neighborhood to neighborhood I tie it down. I can work for 1/2 to a full day in a neighborhood (the truck is parked in my driveway here... thats why it is in the driveway)...

I took the ROPS off because it kept on getting in the way of tree branches and I accidentally broke those plastic handles that people can hang from on a swing set. After that I just pulled it off.

    Thanks
