My daughter loves going to the dollar store and when she wants to go I say sure so I can get the least expensive fertilizer bag openers that work great.

Lay a full bag of Fert on the edge of the hopper or even in it and Slice it open. Most efficient way with no spilling, not dusty that way and no second lifting of the bag.

$2.14 and I am good for another service+.

How do you open fertilizer bags?

Those break off blades seem to stick to the magnets inside tires.

Actually, I always used a cheap pair of scissors from the dollar store. Plastic handles, stainless steel blades. Easy and quick. Neither rain nor fert caused any damage. Kept in a little holster on the sprayer. Safer than razor knives. In the old days we had to deal with a employees with serious job-related cut from time to time.

I bought a gallon of simple green concentrate for I think around 10$ and it may last my lifetime. I also use what you posted and the Orange "flavor" also.

I like to sqeeze Geroge Washington as much as I can.

Me too. But a few times have punched a couple of holes through bags with a key and tore it open, if knife was misplaced.
