My First High-Budget Job

    Allow me to draw your attention to the lovely hack job on the shrub on the left.

    The ground here is, oh wait, you CAN'T SEE THE GROUND

    Yes, it's on Gary Way, it's probably overgrown by now.
    About 3 inches, so I raised the tree (not fun)

    The customer wanted the lava rock and the rest was my idea, he originally wanted that plastic edging crap, but I managed to talk him out of it. He basically wanted something he would never have to touch again. It's not my style, but I think it turned out well.

    Nice work and makeover but fugly blocks and lava rock is nasty IMO. The sidewalk looks too busy with those blocks...aren't there supposed to be caps on the blocks to finish??

    Not bad. Lava rock= terrible. Wall=better than before. If it was truly "high budget" then you should have sold him some decent wall. Good work though.
