Some pictures of my small pond. start to finish. This is my personal pond, I want to start building some small ponds for costomers but first i needed practice so i built my own first. I was very limmited on money so if i didnt use all the best materials its because of my small budget.
I realy enjoyed building it and now i love to just come home from work and watch it and all the new plants grow. everyday there seems to be something new happening in it. i loaded the pictures backward by mistake.[IMG]

Looks awesome, especially for your first time.

With that awsome hillside you have, it would have been cool to have a stream starting out in front of the patio to the right side drop down the hill couple of feet meander towards the deck with falls falling with the deck then meander back to the right and then fall into the pond near the fence at the bottom of the hill.

I have built them at my house as well, they started out small and quickly had visions and ideas of larger ones, just like most of my customers.lol

Yes if it wasnt for my limmit in money i could have a three or four tier water falls and maby 3 lower ponds. I did all the labor myself not one dime was spent on other peoples labor and i still spent over 2,000.00 It seems like every weekend i go buy more stuff. anyway i even installed underground irrigation to water the plants and add water to the pond. now that i finished this one i have so many new ideas for future ponds but i need to save them for costomers I cant spend anymore on my own ponds my wife told me so.

very, very nice. Looks like the deck is a perfect place to relax and have a beer or two. Good job. I wish I had some of that talent!

Really excellent, especially for your first attempt! But, if you do put in a bid, call it a "patio pond", not a padio pond. Nicely done.
