I've been hearing so much about the Redmax 7001 and 8000. I currently have a 6200 that is about 4 years old. Is there a big difference between the 6200 and the 7001? I assume there is.

Well I can't really say for sure because i've never used a Redmax blower but from what I have heard from other people the 7001 and 8000 are both very powerful and are great blowers but I can't say if they are any better than the 6200.

The 6200 and the 7001 are the same blower except for the 7001 has a heavy duty air filter on it. The 8000 is a much larger blower with about 25% more CFM's.

At the pipe, the difference is less than 10% - 688 cfm 8000 vs. 630 cfm 7001.
