For some reason, I allways saw potential in the toro titian. Its rated for residential light commercial use. But they seem to make them better every year. It has a great deck, the Kawasaki engine has plenty of power and it is a good comfortable and it cuts great. It is a great buy for $5,000 even plus it came with I think a 3 year warranty. The only thing is it doesn't stick on hills good. With our mowing setup I felt this would be a great machine at a budget price and it fits right in with our 5 mowers that we run.

Pretty good considering one of byron's guys rolled it off a retaining wall!

We installed the new lawn at this home this summer, we also installed the rocka steps and retaining walls. I messed up on the blocks. I never did steps against a wall before. And the diamond pro blocks steped back so there was a little gap. But we filled in the gap with pea gravel and put on gravel lok. Customers were happy. But now I will know to get different blocks next time for this application. Customer installed viynal railings on top the wall after the pics were taken. This job took myself and 1 guy 2 days to complete start to finish. Was a very fun job.

Haha, I figured you let everyone know that! I'm just glad my guy walked away from that. Could have been bad. He rode it right off a 5 ft wall:dizzy:

I miss summer, we like to have a few company picnics each year. We go fishing, jetski, go out on the boat, cliff jumping and good food and beer. Cant wait for this summer. Any one here have company picnics, what do you guys do, allways looking for ideas.
