It is a WCB21 or WCS21 or WC21. I have the 2010 catalog and the front handle bar and the black box in front of the bag confirm this. Can't tell between the three, the difference is internal. It is the commercial mower, either BBC, direct drive or push.

their website. It looks very similar to the new Exmark.
