That's no surprise on the slackness of NC to enforce it's laws in protecting the employees from the employer scumbags who skip out on their lawful duty to protect their workers who are the real money makers for the company. It would be best to ask about the insurance coverage first and they provide no coverage, I'd be contacting the NC Attorney General at first opportunity in getting this company on the states black book or call OHSA.
If I was ever to be placed in a in a situation like this,the owners nightmares of law suits would be the least of his problems.
It was a surprise to me that there were so many company's out of compliance. I thought the law was enforced. Now i know.
