Been in the business for about 7 years and business is booming. I'm solo and usually get a high school kid for the summer. business is about 60% mowing and 35% weed control and 5% aerations/renovations. Both are growing but the weed control is really growing. Trying to deceide to hire a full time guy, raise prices on new customers to get more profit, or just say no. I love solo work, but when you have mowing and applications at the same time it is tough. I'm slowly wearing down already this year and want this to be a career. I'm also 32 and engaged so down the road I may be the sole provider. Any advice on the direction to head?
