I'm looking for some advice on specific questipns. What is the most important part to study. They gave me ALOT of material to study. I have been studing and am NOT looking for a cheat sheet. I just am nervous and would like some thoughts on what do focus most on! Do they offer a school or class as many other states do? If not, could I take classes in other state and take test in AR? THANKS!!!!

I'm taking the ornamental and turf section on March 15th.

Sorry I forgot to reply to your PM.

The test is aggravaing because the study material is from 2002, and the actual test is from 1995, no updated tests are yet available. That is BS. There is stuff on the test that is no where in the books, like chemicals names, etc.
General knowledge test is pretty simple, 50 questions, all multiple choice.

The other two are more difficult. Study all the plant and turf diseases-you will need to know what, where, when, how, and why, and cultural prcodedures and chemical procedures. <------All essay.

Be sure to know all your definitions, the test lists the name, YOU have to give the definition.

Be sure you know your math, how to calculate formulas and such.

Study the chemical names and know what each is for specifically, like is it top burn,, systematic, low volitale, etc.

If you have any other questions, post or PM ( I will answer you this time).

    Greenman got it!

Dont take weed control and pest control test same day. Toomech to study at one time.

remember test is out of date or it was 2 years ago.

    Good Luck!!
