Went to bid on an 11 acre property.

It's comprised of church, living quarters, main building and parking lots.

I'm mostly unsure how to bid these way overgrown ligustrim "hedges" that are more treelike than anything.

This hedge runs along the entire roadway fenceline around all 4 sides.

they would like them cut down as much as possible to "even out the top", and to make them more manageable...

That's me in the picture with my arm raised.

Any ideas on how to bid?

Just cut them down to six feet. You should be able to reach that from the ground. Then just stack the brush and chip at the end of everyday. You can use a 020 chain saw and a pair of loppers. Just charge by the hour, 60.00 per man hour. Looks like a nice job.
