need help with commercial bid any thoughts?

    aerating and overseeding. 75,000 sqft all open area. my seed is $1.20 per lb and spreading rate is 4-5 lb per 1,000sqft. this is commercial bid so im going lower than i would for residential. please give me your thoughts. im located in west virginia. where would you be price wise on this.?

    Well you all ready know what the grass seed cost and how much your going to use.

    Now you have to decide how long it will take you to do the rest of the job.

    And how much you want to make a hour.

    Will you have to rent a aerator ?

    No one knows you over head.

    i dont charge by the hr i charge by the sqft. i went in a little under resedential pricing and got it for $1,732.00
