1. Site Upgrade Planned for Next Week!

    As you know, we continually look for ways to enhance your experience on LawnSite and always try to make the site better, with more enhanced features and capabilities, and improved navigation so you can easily find the information that you’re looking for. So, the time has come for another software/site upgrade to a newer version of our platform. Need ideas for lawn care schedule.

    I have had alot of customers do that before. They would literally wait until I I'm like a block away to tell me they don't want it done that week.

    Your lawn gets mowed or not when I drive by and assess it. Yes I still have to drive by, but I’m not showing up to your house after 2 weeks and turning it into a hay field. If you do’t Trust my judgement on it then i’m Not the guy for you. If it’s a money thing...then i’m not the guy for you!

    I like that mentality. It's something I have to work on. I think I sometimes have the "nice guy" attitude and end up skipping a lawn when it should be done and paying the price the next time around. All because i'm trying to take care of the customer's dollar.

    very good points. Should probably start dropping those customers soon.
