Im having trouble finding poa annua seeds. Since Im from Europe - Bosnia,
i have only managed to find one supplier who wants to charge me 65 euros per
kg. That is too expensive for me. Any help would be much appreciated.

I have first hand knowledge how difficult the importation of seeds can be to Europe and South Asia.
I would recommend that you try to have the seed re-packaged as fertilizer or some other "neutral" item not subject to the importation duties.
That said, look under the University of Rutger's web-site as I do know that university has been developing Poa Annua seed.
Some commercial seed retailers are Tee to Green, and here in Texas, Douglas Seeds.
    Good Luck
