we have a big commercial site and all the new planting is on netafim. How are we supposed to fertilize? And any way to apply pre emergant since there is no overhead watering? any suggestions would help!! Thanx

Use liquid fert and pre emerge if you feel it will be a problem.

Inject liquid? Pre-emerge and time with rain for activation, or hand water. Liquid pre-emergent should work well for you.

Yes, you can. You can do anything you set your mind to.

Right, a fertigator, or other liquid fertilizer injector will place the fert in your watered area and thus, benefit the plant.

It doesnt rain muck here, either. Usually water, liquid or solid in state, sometimes there is vapor form present. At any rate, put your pre-emergent down early and use that first (and maybe only) rain to activate it, if that is what it needs. Spray liquid and you needn't aerial precipitation for activation.

Fertigation still has a future, I've been looking at organic injection systems for years, I like the concept; RP a must, though.
