I cant give you a sf price, but I know the first one i did took a lot longer than I thought it would. Once the debris starts piling up it takes alot more power and time to move it across the lot.

We vacuum our lots off........our charge averages $150-$175 per hour depending on the volume of sand to be removed. In our contract we also state that we will be removing the sand and recycling it. We bring it back to our facility - screen the sand and re-use it on the next sand spreading job that we do.

i was figuring around 50 an hour, it will be me and one other guy so i think it will be close to 100 an hour maybe a little less, 75-80 after we look at the lot. the guy does everything for this property but wants to sub it out to us for the blow off. atleast sunday will be 55 degrees....:D thanks for the replies, i was hoping i would not get the answer whatever your time is worth to you...:D :D

your price range seems reasonable...If I were doing it I would price it similar to what my price per hour is for mowing.

I cant tell from your post what you're using to do the blowing with but if you have a Z, running them backwards does an awesome job of blowing things off

started that job yesterday, did 4 hours of work and i am about half done. it should be a total of 9 hours. i am going to bill the company out at 650, we just got another job with them as well. they want to remove all the bushes around the building and replace them with stone. this building is fookin huge, probably a 20,000 dollar job. thats the way to start off the spring.:D
