I've seen them before.

The blade sharpening is what kills you on the reel mowers. It takes some skill and knowledge to do it correctly.

That's just a triplex, newer more modern models are out there, lol. for folks in the bermuda belt they are a cool option for mowing right. Otherwise they are widely used on golf courses, and other sports turf.
