My company has been in arborculture for over 20 years and have really built a good name. We currently employ about 30 people. For the past 2 years I have had more and more clients ask us why we don't expand into lawn care. This year I have finally decided to expand into lawn care. I am going to to send 2 of my plant health care guys to school this winter to learn about lawn treatment and the whole 9 yards.
1st question is does anyone have a suggestion on a school on the east cost that will not break the bank? (We are located in Delaware.) 2nd Bidding, do you bid by the yard size or man hour? Almost every lawn we will be doing will be sod if that is any help.

Thanks for the help guys and if anyone has tree questions I am a certified arborist and would happy to help.
