Hey guys got to try out a new 06 Dolmar trimmer felt real good! I run mainly Redmax and Kawasaki trimmers I do have a Dolmar that was robin powerd and it has done well but this new trimmer they have seems to be the ticket! Anyone else seen any of them yet?

Good trimmers but parts availability and dealer support is a major problem. They don't have any dealers in my area anymore because of these problems.

Dolmar and Makita are made by the same people.. go to Makitas site and find a dealer and you can order the same parts through them.

The Makita trimmers are the same as the old Dolmar trimmers of last year. The new Dolmars are using Mitsubishi engines on them!

Hey Green King which one did you get? I've been looking at
Robin's NB2050 but I'm open to others if they're light enough.

It is cold here today so I did some shopping on some new trimmers. I took a look at the dolmar good looking trimmer but I did not like the throttler trigger on the unit. Also they seem very cold natured alot like a maryuama. However if it is like there chainsaws they will be around for years.
