That flyer has a lot of information, I like it. The only problem is it is boring. Ad some life to it. If its in your budget get some color. Maybe a pic or graphic. Your business name needs to be in a bigger font than the rest of your flyer text because you want the name to stand out. Do you have a logo? That would ad a nice touch but its not necessary. Maybe make "At competitave Rates" stand out a little more. Just ad a little more to make the customer look at it and want to read it. Good job though.

    Hi madness0827,

Nice work. My suggestion would be maybe to add some clipart? Just a thought.

My advice would be to add your logo and color. Otherwise you might come across as a mom & pop company. Professionalism goes along way in getting customers.

Add color for sure it looks like someone in just put it together with no care.
Put some care into it and color and THEN center your flier, meaning everything you offer is to the left of the page. If you center what you offer in you lawn care it just looks so much better.

i agree with everything they are saying, also add that you are lic. and ins. if you are. Something that has worked well for me is adding some type of coupon. Something like 25% off hedge trimming with one month mowing or something similar. People like discounts and free things. A 25% discount to them means they are saving money. To you it means you give the original price a little higher and show them a discount on paper. This kind of stuff seems to generate business for me. Even people with a lot of money and nice lawn enjoy saving money.
