A “quick” little job today as a precursor to a larger project once ducks have been aligned.
Cool! My TX525 is a diesel and I thought it would use less fuel than it does. But it’s not as bad as the Vermeer I don’t think
The Vermeer was a gas engine with a 4gl tank. They had plenty of room for a bigger tank to be added.
I haven’t had my machine for that long but There’s been multiple times I’ve Been happy to have the diesel. Using the auger and the backhoe attachment for sure is nice with the diesel.
I’ve been thoroughly impressed by the ditch witch & the kubota diesel.
so yeah, the Ditch witch gets to stay for a while. That bucket won’t look that new by next year.
took a road trip to pick up this brand new 2019 3.5 ton dump trailer. Doesn’t exactly have all the options, so I’ll have to build ramps and install tie downs to haul the ditch witch. I think I’m most excited for not having to shovel soil or materials out of the trailer to unload it at the end of the day.
A couple from this week. Spread over 36 yards of soil no sweat with the Sk600. Funny the difference a couple years make from when I rented a dump trailer at Home Depot vs now owning one, makes life so much better!
