New member with Lazer CT

    Hey all, I have been lurking on the forums for a while now. I recently bought a new 2006 Lazer CT for $5800 out the door, and he threw in the lawn striping rollers at no charge. It has the 23hp Briggs Vtwin, and 60" deck. Is this a good deal?

    Sounds silly, but I don't even have a yard yet (will plant in spring) at my new house. This is a new home construction that we just moved into. My buddy mows lawns and turned me on to the Exmarks.

    One more question. Since I will be storing it for the winter, is it wise to have a Battery Tender on the battery? The dealer told me to take it out and place it inside, but I favor the tender. I have used these in the past with great success.

    Yes battery tender, and I didn't think they made a CT w/a 60" deck let alone a 23hp motor.

    Its a 23hp vanguard. Its the home-owner estate mower.

    That price sounds kinda high though.

    My understanding is that list is: $6799...without the rollers. Is this right?
    BTW...just got it the other day and it looks awesome! Can't wait to mow!

    Yup, list price for the LCT 23/60 is $6799.

    Thanks for the prompt response :)
    I know...I shoulda looked at the hp. But saving about $1000 plus rollers (about $250 or so), it was hard to pass up for the 60" deck. I have a flat 2 acre lot, so I thought this would be a great mower for what I need. I'm sure I'll be happy with it!
