mowed with my new 19/44 mini z today for the first time today. it had been sitting in the garage for a week and had only been on my dry dead grass. this is my first ztr and i love it. had the mulch kit installed with gators. ate everything up including pine needles on one yard. i kept forgetting that i was only going at about 1/3 of the speed that the mower has to offer. loved every minute of it and cant wait for next year.

I had a JD 717 with the mulch kit and gators that would eat up straw real good but my JD 737 is no where near as good. Was thinking about selling the 737 and going with either a hustler or another 717 with the smaller deck. Was really interested in how well the Hustler did on straw because my yards are loaded with it and that it the most important feature to me. Thanks.
