I am looking at buying a 36" belt drive Encore with a sulkey and it is around 4-5 years old. It has been taken care of very well it seems. Is this a good deal? What would that run for new. Thanks for any help you can give me.

i think that used machines CAN be the way to go. Make sure that the person has taken good care of the machine and has tried his best to make the engine last a long time. Also make sure the greese fittings have been properly lubercated. also make sure that is cuts level. New spendles can be very expensive to replace.
