I got a call tonight from a lady that just moved into a new home in my town.

I have known her for a long time and she wanted an estimate on her lawn of 1 acre.

She told me she already had a bid from another guy but I wasn't too worried about it!

While I was figuring up her measurements and getting a price she showed me the guys quote....and this was for a 41K lawn.

I looked at her and said...I guess you may as well go with him because I am about 2 times more then that!

I did share with her some questions to ask him before I left...but this guy has been in the business for a while and I am not sure why he would be working BELOW cost like that!!!!!!

This was the lowest bid I have ever seen!

Holy Crap, at my cost for a pound of N and blanket spraying the lawn I would make $11.00 after material cost. There is no way I would do it and that guy must have made a mistake, or he is desperate for work.
