Anyone tried it yet? From its parts diagram view it appears to be a cross between a Watts and a Febco 765, 3/4-inch model.
It looked like they were trying to save on brass, which is fair enough. The plastic bonnet is standard break-away freeze protection for the brass body. I don't know whether they are using the polycarbonate plastic that the 765 uses for the bonnet and poppet (one reason why those repair parts are expensive). Using an O-ring for the poppet seal might be an upgrade from the 765, with their occasional poppet-washer cracks.whats your take on it boots?
