new residential account, how to get the subdivision?

    I got this new residential account with some weird circumstances. The residents are only responsible for their backyards and the neighborhood assoc. mowes the fronts and does hedges.

    the front yards all look like crap. the hedges are anything but formed.

    my questions:

    how do I get the rest of the backyards when no one can see my work!?!? my client's 97 yrs old so word of mouth won't be happening much... also a no soliciting/no fliers neighborhood, very exclusive.

    how do I convince this association that their current company really sucks?

    not sure if this is the right forum but... appreciate any advice.

    You wait until they start accepting bids and you put one in.

    Find out who's on the board and find out when they are taking bids. Also you my not be able to solicit door to door but you can mail them something.
