Soil is a bit alkaline, which means a sulfur application. I would give my local lesco guy a call. Go to and type in your zip code. This will give you the nearest stores. They make literally hudreds of different fertilizer analyses. I am sure they will be able to fine one that is right for you. You are low on organic matter, so consider using an organic fertilizer. Sustane is excellent, made from poultry litter, ferather and bone meal. Also, stop baging your grass if you do and invest in a good mulching mower, or simply don't bag it anymore. Keep your blades sharp and mow it regularly. If it looks like it needs cutting, then it does.
