That's my experience with that blower too. I have 3 of those but just letting them warm up and playing with the throttle until it goes wide open usually clears it up until it's cooled down again.

We have removed the spark arrestors and removed the adjustment limiters and tuned them as good as we could. They run fine now but still take too long to get up to speed.

Yeah but did you get it up to full throttle and running like that for a minute? After that they seem ok.
