New to business.... how does it look?

    ... like it needs a lawn renovation in some areas. The mowing looks pretty good. Nice straight lines from what I can tell.

    Rawn renovation I am looking into, but all I am doing for right now is mowing...

    What exactly is included in a renovation?

    I'm not an idiot.... what EXACTLY do you do though.... just aerate/dethatch and then re-seed on top? Or what would you recommend?

    Generally, yes, also- if the lawn doesn't have irrigation, it's a really good idea to throw down some penn mulch with the seed to keep it moist.
