Greetings all. I'm a one man startup in a small town in Washington State. I have an unusual business model but where I'm located I'm thinking it might work. I'm focused on two things, hands on property management work and OPE repair. As far as the lawn/landscape maintenance end of it goes I'm running older but high quality equipment. (IHC Cadet rider, Husky & Snapper walk behinds, Husky & Stihl handhelds) I have a background of 30 years running equipment, construction and turning wrenches. The area I'm in doesn't have the best economy at the moment but doesn't really have a locally based landscape outfit geared to what I'm trying to do. At the moment I have a bid in on a fairly large apartment complex that's right about where the guy they want to fire was. (wasn't keeping up with it) I'm wanting to be geared more to the rentals side of this but I'm not going to pass up homeowner jobs. Looking forward to learning and sharing what I know.
