Hi guys. I could use a bit of advice since i decided to work with my garden. Ok so here it goes.

Two weeks ago i seeded my front yard. I used a mix of grass and i watered according to new lawn requirements.

After two weeks i have a lot of empty spots and spots filled with new grass which now grow up to 7cm (sorry, can't convert to inches)

I was wondering if anyone could help me:

    1. When should i mow for the first time?
    2. Should i wait a bit longer for the empty spots to see if the seeds are going to pop or should i reseed?

PS. Please check out the photo...

Where are you? What state (or country)?

Also, do you know what types of grass seed were in the mix?

And... What is your dirt type? Sandy, dark topsoil, rocky, etc.
