I've got a brand new fh791d 29 DFI water cooled kawasaki engine. I hooked up the starter to crank the engine over and I'm not getting any spark. My fd 750D engines puts out spark on its own when you crank the engine over and no wires connected. I've checked the coils and adjusted the air gap but no spark. According to the wiring diagram it looks to be the same as the 750d except it has the digital fuel injection box on it E.C.U which I believe shouldn't affect my spark. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Its just sitting on the mower with a c clamp. I completely unhooked everything and put jumper cables to the engine to ground it and one on the starter and jumped it acrossed and there is no spark. When I do this to the 750d that I took out it sparks just fine. Do you know of any reason the 791d wouldn't do the same?
