non payers need help

    Im sending my last notice to a customer who wont pay before i go to court does anyone have a letter that they save for non payers need help thnaks guys

    kick the door down and take as much stuff as he owes you and give him a receipt

    He doesnt have anytihng i want except my money . I found out there renting that home so im gonan contact the owners if they dont pay

    If you are taking him to court, it must be a substantial sum. I wish you the best in collecting it. Personally, I don't let the accounts receiveble on a customer get to the point where it would make sense to take him to court. Having a certain amount of uncollectable accounts is part of any service related business. Nobody likes it, but it happens to everyone.
