I am in the process of restructuring my pricing and business. Had a couple of questions for the NC boys. First how do you guys base your year long contracts? I have been figuring mine on 48 cuts a year. Second I also get up leave on a regular basis just like mowing (weekly or every two weeks). Do you guys figure more for leaf clean up even on regular basis? (It appears that the guys up north only get leaves up 2 or 3 times a year instead of every week from Oct-Jan like I do). Third My average lawn 7-8k is around $35 per cut (mow edge trim blow). Is that in line?

Would love to know what the industry in our area can handle as far as labor (pruning, spreading pine straw and mulch, etc.) I have been figuring
$30/hour for my summer help and $40/hour for myself when solo.
