I posted this in another thread the other day, but I wanted to make sure more people are aware oft it.

I ordered a mulch kit for my Turf Tracer on Dec 11th and have yet to see it. I have called them numerous times and keep getting the run around that it will be shipped by a certain date and it never does. I think there is a reason there stuff is cheaper and has free shipping. They will answer there phone, put you on hold and eventually just tell you that it will be shipped. They will take the money off your credit card the date you order and then you just wait and wait and wait. They will not answer emails. I am probably going to have to open a dispute with my CC and get it resolved.

I found this review shortly after I ordered.
I wish I would have seen it before I ordered.
It is basically the same experience that I am having.

    Guys beware of Norwalk!!!!!!

I had a similar experience not long ago, same as you describe, I ordered my stuff and nearly a month later had seen nothing.
Same folks, Norwalk Power, same as you, the price was good and I'm also a 30-day man when it
comes to getting my supplies, once I place my order the timer starts ticking, we know our reasons.
I want to say it was around October of 2012 but I don't remember exact.

However frustrating, I was able to call them and cancel the order, and without much fuss they did refund my money on my credit card.
At that point I had no further complaints, I did not have to fill out a credit reversal, they gave me back my money.

Unfortunately in all of that I got the same funny feeling as you, so I don't think I'll order from them again.

Not a good way to do biz. Call your cc company and reverse the charge.
