Iam looking to buy a new walkbehind to replace the scag 48 walk and i want one that will cut when extremly wet and wont leave cow piles all over the lawn .Scags older style decks that were very deep were much much better at cutting wet grass than this pile of crap advantage deck with all the damn baffles , iam thinking this is probally the problem to begin with ( the baffles ) Ya know sometimes we just cant wait till the grass is dry to cut or we get caught in a rain . So guys tell what 48 walk would be a good fit to mow when wet

Get a Bob-Cat!!! I just cut in the rain today, and it cuts great when it is wet, it never clumps, and the deck never clogs!!! When it is dry or wet, my Bob-Cat 's cut and striping are superior to all other brands!!!! I love my Bob-Cat, 48" w/15HP Kawi engine, belt drive!!!!!!!
