After walking all day and sweating and it going down your back, it starts to really hurt in the "lower" area and then it starts to hurt to walk and then it hurts to sit down, because you are basically rubbed raw, what can you do to prevent this. I have tried diffrent under-ware, and no luck any ideas. I am trying to type this as clean and polite as possiable.. incase you are wondering i am talking about the buttocks.

Get the Gold Bond medicated, it comes in a green plastic container. If you think the condition you describe is bad on the rump, try getting the rawness on the groin...

yeah, i got the chaffing in the groin, but it goes away by just putting some neosporin on it, i just can't skip a day. i always used goldbond with no problems (as we call it a 'mint' for your....)but for some reason one day i just happened to get it, so i stopped and used neosporin. sorry if its too much information:eek: but yeah... i'll end this now
