With the pump on and the 3 levers turned on when I lift off the foot switch to make turns or cross walkways my nozzles are dripping pretty bad. I checked everything out and the screens and nylon washers are ok. Some nozzles are worse than others and I have switch the nozzles around. Does this mean that the nozzles could be bad. They are AI.

Any ideas?

hose reel is turned off and the trottle valve is turned in pretty far, but don't think all the way. I have to turn the valve pretty far in order to get 30 psi when nozzles are open. That is the correct way right? If it helps the far left one seems to be the worse.

I had a problem with my ZMAX dripping last summer, seems like it was missing a rubber seal where the hose connects at the pump. it was letting air in and causing the leak. I had a friend of mine do some work on it and I think he forgot to put the seal back in.

I agree with the screens, that is usually the culprit when my nozzles leak like that.

They will all go at about the same time if you are running sticker, or your water had some sediment etc in it.

thanks for the info guys. turns out I had regular strainers instead of ball strainer. Just picked up the wrong thing. Also found a loose connection where air was getting in. everything works like a charm now and makes my job a little easier.
