    Is that 500 thousand bring home after expenses,if so $42,000 a month bring home I think you will survive,just obey the law and avoid the fine and count your 40k a month,most don't make that in a year

    This whole Obamacare is a joke. Its just about screwing up the economy and destroying businesses. It has nothing to do with helping people.

    I used to be in favor of Obama Care but as it's unfolding it's turning into a disaster.

    You were in favor of fining people for not buying something they didn't want nor need? It may be time to get a new source for your news and facts. This bill was an authoritarians wet dream since it was rammed down our throats in 2010. And it was rammed there was no debate at all the bill was pre-written and dropped on us a mere day or so before it was to be voted on in the senate. It got 60 votes not a single Republican voted for it or was included in the crafting of it. That was the minimum it needed to have closure to move it to the house but while there Scott Brown won a senate seat in a special election. This meant there could be no closure vote when the bill came back with house amendments. So they opted to pass the senate bill and skip the conference where they typically fix and amend 2 different bills. The House passed the Senate bill with a vote of 219 to 212 on March 21, 2010, with 34 Democrats and all 178 Republicans voting against it.

    So what part sounded great to you? Was it the new minimum coverage mandates that are in some cases 40-50 times the insurance that was once offered to union works thus making them lose there coverage too? Was it the coercion of companies by fining them 3000 dollars for each employee over 35 if they had 51 or more employes? (yes they said 2000 dollars but any employee that used a health exchange gets charged at the rate of 3000 dollars per and which ones do you think the gov would pick to base their fines on) Or was in forcing the same mandates on all polices, such as gynecology procedures despite not having those parts your self do you enjoy paying for services you cant use.

    Well I may have found away out of this myself. I have an application with an Indian tribe that we have a blood line too. And why would I want to join a tribe well for starters they are not included in obamacare they are exempt.

    Yes it is a joke. Another give away...bringing people on the dole at no cost while you and I pay for their coverage.

    This took approximately 5 minutes for us to do last week. All this says is that you are responsible to inform your employees that there will be health care exchanges that they could opt into.

    The department of labor offers two templates you can use. It's not that tough.

    I don't think the ACA was that great of a solution to our health care problems, but I'm glad to see that our insurance rates are actually going down this year as a result.
