    It looks like a good system.

    Is there a notes field anywhere where you could update the customer on issues you are concerned about on their property?

    One problem I'm sure I'd have is forgetting which code is which customer. You should ask them if they have a button for "customer list" so you could press a button, scroll down, select that customer and then key in the appropriate charges.

    I will be askng them those questions...all I know is it will save me a ton of time.
