OCDC for 36" Exmark Viking Hydro Walk-Behind

Even after searching "OCDC" in the forums, I'm having a tough time finding an OCDC to fit this mower. EZ Chute has one for the Exmark Metro 36" belt-drive. They say it's not made for the 36" Viking Hydro, but can possibly fit with some modifications to the control rod. Hate to spend the bucks though to possibly find out it won't work. Kohler Equipment of Maryland http://www.kohlerequipment.com/home.asp says they have one that'll bolt right on. I have no experience with this company, and they have no literature or pictures for their product. And although I'd prefer an all metal unit, I sent an email to Trimmer Trap http://www.trimmertrap.com/accessories/bb1.htm asking if their Blade Blocker will fit this model mower.

Anyone have any experience with any of these working on Exmark's 36" Viking Hydro? Or can someone suggest something else? Thanks for your help:clapping:

Get the Trimmer Trap Blade Blocker! It will work perfectly. The ACS is just a total copy of the ACS design which came out years before, from what I can tell! I have two TT BBs, they work GREAT!

To me the 1 from trimmer trap looks like it would get cought on things.. It looks from the pictures the arm where it connects to the door sticks out like 2 inches or so.. You may need that 2 inches to fit in tight spots.. I made mine and its almost flush with the door..

No, my blade blockers don't stick out much, not 2". If I need to get through a tight gate, I'll close the bb all the way.
