the rocks aren't glued are they? ive given my suggestions already for ferts but any balanced organic fert would work one would think? feeding should coincide with how active the plant and growth stage, just don't over feed and water CORRECTLY is most important, good light goes with out saying? and temps have a lot to do with flowering.

when you said decorative rocks, images of rocks glued together on top flashed in my mind.

i think you were saying a mix of moss and rocks? that type of orchid likes those type of mediums, could even down the line repot in bark, char, lava rock

i read those plants like clear pots because the roots can carry out photosynthesis.
and like to be completely dry before watering again, the roots rot easily

if you get stuck with the organic fert opinions? you could try to find a REAL balenced 2-3 part hydro nute, like general hydroponics and or a few others.., they are the most complete water soluble formulas you can use or buy. and if all else fails go buy a cheap orchid specific blend from your favorite garden supplier that will work too.:)
