I have been offered to run a brand new Lawnscaping crew for this big development company.I recently ran into my first problem, well the owner told me that we will service all twenty-two commercial properties for the price that the current service is charging. Now he wants me to bid as if they were new to us. In-which I think is very smart.(never go behind anyone)

I have been in the business for ten years but, on the residential side and I'm having a hard time figuring out where and how to start this bidding process.

Description of properties and type of work. All apartment complexes and Mowing,Edging, hedge trim, mulching, and flower bed maintenance.

My question is what is most important(number of crew per hour, size of complex, or how long will it take)and what would you do. :help:
