I have an ExMark Lazer 25/60 2001 model. I have noticed some hydro fluid under the unit on occasion. Some days it will have some fluid others not. Put it up on a rack after warming it for twenty minutes. Nothing. What is up with this? The under side of the hydro pump is a little wet. Tharts all we could find.

Did you recently change the hydro fluid and filter?

If so, it takes some time to get all the air out. It will spit out any it doesn't need to get itself to the correct level if it has to much.

Nah, just check the vent. Typically, what happens is the fluid resists aeration from the action of the wheel motors and that excess pressure has to vent.
That is why you didn't get any seepage with the unit just sitting there - the wheel motors have to work, preferably while subjected to the additional stress of mowing.
Once you get the machine to true operating temperature - you'll see where the seepage is from.
