    Hey guys,
I need help finding a parts manual for an old ('80s?) homelite rototiller.
It was given to a friend of mine, and I was able to get it running for him.
but it has parts that are "iffy" and will need to be replaced eventually.

the 1st problem I have with finding parts is: I can't find a model number anywhere on the thing!
and 2nd, I can't find any info at all on any homelite rototillers.
3rd, I'm not very computer literate:rolleyes: which makes it hard to find stuff

so I thought I'd ask here! Thanks for reading!:waving:

"Homelite" is not made in the U.S.A. anymore. It's an overseas company now (Korea, I think).

There are no manuals available for anything made prior to 2000(?), when they were owned by John Deere.

As an aside, I (tried to) repair an 2-year-old handheld leafblower by homelite, only to find out that the only parts available were the manual, the tubes, and the decals.

Go Figure. I told the lady to junk it and buy one from a dealer.
She said - "I can get 2 or 3 at Home Depot for the same price at a dealer."
Then I said - "Yes you can, but how much is your time and aggravation worth?"
She thought about that a minute and purchased a new blower from me.
