I have an old toro valve that has a bad solenoid that looks like this valve,do y’all know if a new toro valves guts will fit older models?

You should be able to perform a guts swap, or just replace the solenoid. Diaphragm assemblies won't always match (which is why you'd swap guts). Reuse the original cover screws.
In general, and very much so for that Toro model, a guts swap becomes an opportunity to upgrade to a flow-control valve.

Be veewy careful when changing the solenoids. super small spring that falls out when you remove it.

And you don't get around solenoid concerns by going with a guts swap, since the solenoid assembly must first be removed before the valve cover can come off.
